The Simulator - Operation

The Full Swing Golf simulator is the simplest and most user-friendly system on the market. Once installed it needs no ongoing calibration, and only very basic maintenance. Your local Full Swing Golf distributor will train you and your staff on these straightforward processes.

The Full Swing touchscreen is the single point of control for the entire system. The touchscreen software, written exclusively by Full Swing in conjunction with Trugolf, effortlessly moves the golfer through the various choices required to play, practice, or compete in one of the built-in competitions.

From the opening welcome screen, the user simply chooses whether to practice, play either on-line or off-line, or have a go at the nearest-the-pin or longest-drive competition. Whichever option is selected, the system guides the user quickly and easily through the set-up process. At all times, the user can choose to play immediately with a single touch of the screen, or they can spend a few moments setting up a specific round for themselves.

Once playing golf, the touchscreen enhances the experience for the player even further. All aspects of the game are controlled via a simple touch of the MENU button. From here a player can see an overview of the hole, replay their last shot or review the scorecard. Shot aiming is incredibly simple. Just touch the screen where you want to aim and the system does the rest.

At any point within the game, a player can use the built in "Caddy" facility to assist with the choice of club for their next shot. By simply touching the screen, a player can see the exact distance from their ball to any specific point on the hole. They can also see what distance remains from that point to the pin should they be selecting to lay up.
